Inviting Suggestions on Draft India Data Accessibility & Use Policy 2022

The draft India Data Accessibility and Use Policy was published on MeitY website on February 21, 2022. Since its publication, MeitY has been receiving several comments and suggestions on the draft policy. It’s also observed that there is a need to bring in some more clarity with regard to some of the clauses in the draft policy so that the objectives of the Data Accessibility policy to enable better services is made amply clear. These clauses will be finalized after getting inputs of stakeholders in the consultation process Accordingly the draft policy document for consultations is being shared here.

Data accessiblity and its use ,may be as a broader business statistics to guide supply and demand of any product and its locations ,to guide the enterpeuners of a product demand and its availablity ,such data need to ba available to all ,but some data on privacy or security risks ,which may be exploited thru cyber crimes ,has to be with govt designated officers only ,or data to be used for ease of living and business ,

Sir and Madam, yeaha pe aise pehli se hi jo mere soch hai submit ho chuke hai. Deta ko har time ek security folder pe rakna chaiye jaha pe e strong password ho jise koi bhi break na kaar Shake. choti se bari haar ek jankari update deta pe storege rakhna Jarruri hai. Jai Hind 🙏🙏🙏

2more use data do all offices work open let the transaction/contract open 2public all data accessibility in short way availability eg-court knows the law still legislative not interested 2make law 2society suemoto cn make special bench in technology that will sortout illogical cases knows still file case &waste of court time put heavy fine -&with technology help sort listed case eg-religion based unnecessary,why lawyer accept areawise data collect cases see in which place &which point file more cases &why &if see politician intention fine -in reservation were up2-10yr only politician own benifits damage structure then ucc &population-damage2nature/society do law -if any party member will sayलोग रास्ते पे आएंगेqभई it's a matter of party &it's workers put heavy fine such illlogical words &if damage -all offices even property transperent open 2all who transact just simply areawise in technology all availability within the framework of legality
