Respected honourable prime minister sir, I A.Ramnjaneyulu, junior lecturer in economics, government junior college, razampeta request you that please accept my ideas about the implementation of NCC PROGRAM IN OUR COUNTRY.
1.NATIONAL CADET CORPS ARE ESTABLISHED in 1948,with motto of unity and discipline.
2.NCC PROGRAM NOT YET TO SPREAD IN OUR COUNTRY ,BECAUSE THERE ARE MANY REASONS FOR ESTABLISHING THE UNITS AT PUBLIC FUNDED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS.
3. SO I AM REQUEST YOU TO INTRODUCE THE NCC UNIT AT EACH AND EVERY GOVERNMENT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS LIKE HIGH-SCHOOLS,HIGHERSECONDARY SCHOOLS, JUNIOR COLLEGES, DEGREE COLLEGES.
IN SECOND PHASE ALL PRIVATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ARE TO BE IMPLEMENTED THE SAME

INTRA AND INTERUNIVERSITY COMPETITIONS:- IS THE ANOTHER STEP FORWARD.
ESPECIALLY IN FIELD OF SCIENCE.
REGULAR COMPETITIONS SHOULD BE ENCOURAGED. KEEPING THE YOUTH BUSY WITH PRACTICAL SCIENCE.
WEEKLY BASED COMPETITION AND THEN UNIVERSITY LEVEL COMPETITION,THEN STATE LEVEL AND AT END INTERNATIONAL SCIENCE COMPETITION IS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT.
IT SHOULD BE IN EVERY PART OF SCIENCE.
BROADCASTING THESE COMPETITION WILL ENCOURAGE AND ATTRACT EVEN MORE YOUTH .
IT SHOULD HAPPEN FOR ALL FIELD ,NOT ONLY FOR ENGINEERS.
AGRICULTURAL COMPETITION:- MODELS TO ENHANCE THE PRODUCTION WITH QUALITY IN COMPACT SPACE . IS ONE EXAMPLE.
REGULAR QUIZ FOR DOCTORS IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE.
ARTITECHTURAL COMPETITION: NEW CHALLENGES SHOULD BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES AND SEE WHAT THEY CAN CREATE.
COMPETITION FOR BUISNESS MODELS AND LETTING INVESTOR JUDGE IS ANOTHER WAY. IT CAN GIVE YOUNGS A OPPORTUNITY TOO.
PRIZES SHOULD BE ROTATING TROPHY . IT CREATS MORE MAGIC THEN ANYTHING ELSE. LIKE A CROWN FOR MISS INDIA

Respected sir,
India's path toward inclusive and sustainable development demands targeted initiatives for marginalized micro-populations such as the Shillak communities — often overlooked in mainstream development schemes. Recognizing their potential and the need for upliftment, this policy aims to foster holistic development and entrepreneurship among Shillak populations, ensuring their active participation in Viksit Bharat @2047 To enable socio-economic empowerment, cultural preservation, and entrepreneurial growth of Shillak communities through inclusive, participatory, and rights-based development models.
To ensure dignified livelihoods and economic independence for Shillak communities.
To foster entrepreneurship, innovation, and skill development tailored to local needs and traditions.
To provide institutional support, access to credit, and market linkages.
To promote social inclusion, health, education, and infrastructure in Shillak-dominated areas. thank you so much.

Respected Sir,
I am pleased to share a policy brief titled “Skill Development as the Engine of Economic Growth”, offering strategic recommendations to fully harness India’s demographic dividend. With only 4.1% of our workforce formally skilled and a projected 23 million shortfall of skilled workers by 2030, the paper outlines outcome-based financing, inclusive skilling strategies, and technology-enabled reforms to drive productivity, employment, and equity. Drawing from global models, NSDC insights, and ground realities, the document proposes actionable steps aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047. I hope this serves as a constructive input to the national skilling mission.
With regards,
Prakash Sharma
