Respected sir, Skill Development Gap - Align TVET with industry 4.0 needs - Promote lifelong learning and upskilling - Incentivize industry-academia collaboration. Entrepreneurship gap - Expand credit access for women and rural entrepreneurs - Simplify regulatory processes for MSMEs - Foster digital inclusion and e-commerce integration. MSME Challenges - - Limited access to finance, especially post-COVID.- Regulatory compliance burdens and lack of mentorship. - Persistent Gaps: - Gender Gap: Only 76% of women-led MSMEs access formal credit vs. 84% for men.

Draft Suggestion: Emphasizing Global Standards through Language and Cultural Competence.
I propose that the policy include:
- English for Global Citizenship: Go beyond grammar to include conversational, professional, and cultural expressions used in real global workplaces.
- Cultural Fluency Modules: Train youth in global etiquette, cross-cultural communication, teamwork norms, and soft power values—especially important for sectors like tech, design, hospitality, and remote work.
- Global Preparedness Certification: Include a standard credential (aligned with CEFR or similar global benchmarks) that certifies both technical skill and intercultural communication readiness.
These additions will not just boost employability for Indian youth—they will prepare India to lead confidently in global value chains.

Skill development requires organisation operations to decentralise and approach to tire two and tire three cities. Few CPSE / Corporates restrict their operations to Delhi / Mumbai only.
Specially Navratna status of CPSE calls for core operations of company to distribute in all directions i.e. E-W-N-S, to manage all core operations of projects in that state or vicinity states, so that persons of those states/ vicinity states can also work and learn Merely office presence with some limited manpower in all offices is not sufficient, comprehensive core operations are required and to be monitored at regular intervals from associated ministry This is an existing very good Govt policy , if implemented and reported properly , will give good results for overall skill development. But limited interactions and restriction to approach or access top managment in CPSEs with high ego and other factors , are big hindrance for any policy or new initiative implementation. May be discussed further.

skill didn't bound in Age & gGender
it's depend on Curiosity Observation & Concern
for nation society
Be a Solution Maker
rather Problem Creater
- Skill
first came into mind or take birth in thought process
which..
