This ensures that students graduate with market-relevant skills, increasing job-readiness from an early stage. 2. Improving Employability By tailoring skill development programs to meet industry needs, the policy bridges the gap between education and employment. The goal is to make youth more employable by aligning training with real-world job demands. 3. Boosting Entrepreneurship Encouraging entrepreneurship and self-employment is a key pillar. Policy should have a mandatory promotion/awareness method like Schools, Colleges, local educational clubs conduct an awarness programs yearly. Policy should focus on easy access for skill development and enturpurnership programs. Policy should have less/easy processing time. Policy should be self updated based on the current demanding skills and global focus. Policy should have surveillance method to know the stauts of the benefiters to improve efficiency of the policy in future. To create more enturpurners education system should be reformed since the current system greatly focus on memory based knowledge which only helps in generating ideas but to generate enturpurners it would need proper skills/creative knowledge/communication/capital support to convert any idea into a product to sell.

Nature wheels machine theorem: If Nature forces become source input and less intensity areas sink are arranged in a machine then nature forces act on it and make it as a Perpetual motion machine. It is good skill.

Skill development is the art and science of transforming potential into performance—it’s the continuous journey of learning, refining, and applying abilities to become more capable, adaptable, and impactful. Skill development involves learning, practice, feedback and application .Skill development isn’t just for career growth—it’s personal evolution. Every new skill adds dimension to who you are and what you can contribute. Developing skills is a bit like sculpting—you chip away, refine, and slowly reveal your potential. the process blends discipline with creativity.

Skill development can be double successful if it is a combined effort of both Central and State governments. Currently central schemes like Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY),Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS),National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS),Craftsman Training Scheme (CTS) are highly centralized with zero state government involvement. Similarly state governments are running duplicate schemes at state level. Why not combine the efforts of Central and State governments and make the four schemes (PMKVY,JSS,NAPS,CTS) a Centrally Sponsored Scheme?
