For this goal, inclusion of tribal communities is essential. Tribals (Scheduled Tribes) form over 8.6% of India’s population, living mostly in forested and remote areas. Their empowerment is directly linked to the development of rural and natural India. --- 1. Environmental Conservation Tribal communities are traditional guardians of forests and biodiversity. Their lifestyle is based on sustainable use of natural resources. They protect water sources, forests, and rare plant species.

"The National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship has the potential to empower India's youth and drive economic growth. I appreciate the focus on bridging the skill gap, promoting entrepreneurship, and fostering innovation. To further enhance the policy's impact, I suggest emphasizing industry-academia collaboration, providing targeted support for marginalized groups, and incorporating emerging technologies like AI and renewable energy into skill development programs. This will help create a more inclusive and future-proof skills ecosystem."

The government should formulate skill training programs according to the needs of the industries. For example, spinning and weaving are not necessary for workers who are going to work in the dyeing section of the textile industry. If the entire training program is related to dyeing, it will be helpful for the trainees. Now aramid fabrics are well received internationally. If we start teaching students related technologies, it will give them income for 30 years. The government should pay special attention to aramid yarn, machinery, and production-related skill development training. AI technology is growing. Hardware and software-related training can be provided based on it.There is a shortage of shipping containers all over the world. If more importance is given to the welding trade in connection with container manufacturing, it will create huge industrial growth. Skill development training based on strategic products that are based on the global market situation should be designed.

I really think guidance related the subject which they studied is primely important, because most of times, even when students have good command on their core subject , what they lack is guidance in paving their way till the job. And students specially from the life science departments, need this guidance. Although there are multiple opportunities for them, they just don't know where and how to use their skills. Unfortunately this guidance and encouragement they need is not being provided by their professors no matter in which state University they are studying. They all are craving for this and ultimately turning up to jobs which are not at all related with for their survival. Hope government will look into this and provide nedded guidance. Thank you.
