National Youth Policy should consists of following points:-
1. The Youth should undergo a educational system which helps them to practice their skills with the theory and choose a suitable career option.
2.When this educational system is established then the vacancy which follow should involve the things which they have being undergone in their educational time especially their practically performed jobs.
3.Along with this the hiring system should favour more for the youths rather than the one which have more money in their pocket. The jobs should more of the stream based jobs like A vacancy comes for the Bank and the eligibility criteria is open for all stream, why? The student of commerce does not get the enough opportunity to fight for his field job. Likewise the jobs which are stream wised should be stream wise only. Eligibility of every stream student should be prohibited.
4. The youth policy should also include safeguard of interests of the youths.

In NYP, for youth development, 1)first practical and business education should be given, so that youth can progress by doing their own business and creating new employment, and contributing to our country.
2)More and more entrepreneurship education is needed.
3)To create awareness for leadership and development in the youth so that our country stands strong in the coming future.
4)Health, fitness and sports are essential in the youth, it is very important to give a new direction and make it compulsory.
5)And finally linking youth power with social justice.

1. Easy of starts up: I am Karnataka and recently me and my family have started up new industry. We need to get approval from different departments. But documents for all remains the same. Govt make a single window system where we apply in single portal and get approval from all necessary department. Within fews days.
2. Tax benefits and subsidy: Subsidy on investment is provided at earlier period and not on any other basis like turnover basis or any other. Being start up we need financial support at earliest stage and also provide exemption or tax exemption for 1st 5 years.
