An Idea to save common man, Please come up with solution, NO RIGHT TO CALL.. Go Legaly...Why a person is mentally tortured by the bankers (Credit card or some lenders by banks)by calling so many times in a day and mentally harassed and forced to do suicide or some wrong activities in life... Why customer is Not paying to the bank...??Because of no source of income and he or she doesn't know how to pay... Why don't govt. excuse or give a chance to pay the amount in other way (give some work).

1. Cases saved in ecourts app should sync and update automatically with the data available in ecourts website, which will help legal fraternity in preparing daily cases scheduled.
2. Bail orders be sent to jails electronically to superintendent of jails to avoid delay.
3. Application for certified copies be facilitated through online, which will reduce paper work to both advocates and judicial staff who need to write registers manually and increases productivity, avoiding delay in process

The vacancies in Judiciary should be filled up on the topmost priority basis in Indian Courts in order to reduce the piling up of cases in the courts for ages. It is well known that 'Justice delayed is justice denied or destroyed'.

Video conferencing facilities should be provided in all the Indian Courts in order to save time, energy, and resources of the clients, lawyers, and the judiciary. This facility in fact is extremely efficient for the expeditious disposal of family cases in Indian Courts.

Gender-neutral policy in the disposal of Family related cases in Indian Courts should become an unwritten law to be executed in order to maintain the sanctity and sacredness of the institution of marriage in India as its ancient culture and heritage.

India should shed off its dubious distinction as global topper 2 among the world nations in respect of international parental child abductions to India, by enacting a law to prevent and control these child abductions.
