माननीय प्रदानमंत्री जी हम फसल बीमा करवाते तो है पर हमें फसल बीमा मिलता क्यो नही है इस का जिम्मेदार कौन है 2020-2021 की फसल बर्बाद हो गही सर्वे बी किया गया पर बीमा राशि नही मिली कब किसानों की हालत सुधरेगी

Differrent schemes launched for welfare of farmers infact not fully in reach to ground level.The concerned employees also take it lightly and sometimes overlook the set norms .Severe punishment on violation of set up norms must be in standing instructions..The most important is making seeds ,manures and other logistics available.Above all is water availability.The project of linkage of rivers as started by previous Bajpai Govt must be taken at warfooted level.The unnecessary expenditure in the names of seminars ,workshops,subsidies must be channelised.The free schemes must be pout full stop.For this Election Commissioner must come forward to stop such political giants for free distribution of tax payer money.It must be used for productive purposes.

Awareness of central and state government schemes should be given to farmers because most of the farmers are not aware about it due to administrative failure or no proper knowledge about the pros and cons of the schemes by farmers. They should be promoted to do inter cropping. Farmers should also get the same status as soldiers. There should be warehouse and cold storage in every village and the buyers should come there and purchase it so that farmers can concentrate on their farming rather than selling. This reduce their cost and save time.

मेरा ऐसा मानना है किवर्तमान वर्ष में केन्द्रीय सरकार छत्तीसगढ़, हरियाणा, कर्नाटक, महाराष्ट्र और राजस्थान के राज्यों में पीएमएफबीवाय को लागू कर सकते हैं. छत्तीसगढ़ में उद्यान संबंधी कृषि फसलों के लिए री-स्ट्रक्चर्ड मौसम आधारित फसल इंश्योरेंस स्कीम को भी लागू कर सकते हैं.

मेरा ऐसा मानना है इस योजना के तहत तकनीक के उपयोग को भी काफी हद तक प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा. किसानों को क्लेम के भुगतान में होने वाली देरी को कम करने के लिए फसल की कटाई संबंधी डेटा को एकत्र करने और अपलोड करने के लिए स्मार्ट फोन का उपयोग किया जाएगा. इस स्कीम के तहत फसल कटाई संबंधी प्रयोगों की संख्या को कम करने के लिए रिमोट सेंसिंग का भी उपयोग किया जाएगा.
