India Enterprise Architecture (IndEA) Framework along with its Adoption Guide were developed and released in December, 2018. The vision of IndEA is “to establish best-in-class architectural governance, processes and practices with optimal utilization of ICT infrastructure and applications to offer ONE Government experience to the citizens and businesses”.

During implementation of IndEA as well as in the light of advancement of technology, a need was felt to revise the IndEA document and accordingly, after multiple rounds of meetings and detailed deliberations, draft InDEA 2.0 document has been formulated (report given below). India Digital Ecosystem Architecture (InDEA) 2.0 harmonizes and builds upon the architectural frameworks developed during the last few years. While codifying their principles, it provides a pragmatic approach to realize the concept of open digital ecosystems in an integrated and collaborative manner. It recommends a value-driven approach, a focus on capability building and above all, a preference to ‘enabling’ rather than ‘building’. It is an evolving and dynamic framework with continuous improvement as its mantra. The InDEA 2.0 framework enables establishing such a right balance in all the ongoing architectural initiatives and accelerates the realization of the vision of Digital India.

In the light of the above facts, it is requested to kindly review the document and provide your valuable comments/feedback on the draft InDEA 2.0 document latest by February 27, 2022

Create Science Exhibition Center in each city for children to visit where science exhibits are shown for different age groups. It will encourage science in children and it’s running cost will come by entry tickets as children will come with elders. I have seen such centres at New York.

InDEA 2.0 is one of the most important ecosystem architecture framework by which different Digital mode works take place like AI ( artificial Intelligence) etc. To get a new and best technology where different codes are used to safe guard the product properly in the government as well as in the private sectors. After attainting lots of meeting InDEA 2.0 definitely provides a good light of advance- ment in technology, it provides a pragmatic approach to realize the concept of open digital ecosystems in an integrated and collaborative manner. The InDEA 2.0 framework enables establishing such a right balance in all the ongoing architectural initiatives and accelerates the realization of the vision of Digital India. The draft I went through it was really good and fantastic and hope in this NEW INDIA of 2022 this implementation, ideas, innovation, suggestion will definitely work good, better & best. Putting of Bricks together, there it begins this is the ecosystem which works continually.

ऑनलाइन क्लास सभी स्टूडेंट्स के लिए बेस्ट क्लास है। मुझे लगता है कि हमारे देश का शिक्षक समाज उन्नत नहीं है और वे शिक्षण की सर्वोत्तम गुणवत्ता पर जोर नहीं दे सकते। वे अध्ययन के बारे में गंभीर नहीं हैं . वे अपनी पढ़ाई के बारे में छात्रों की सोच के बारे में शोध नहीं करते हैं

There is must to create safe environment for digital users and to educate them from childhood, how digital system could work and which measures are important to being a digital persons. Fraud in terms of e money is biggest threat today and govt should take initiatives to make tension free public.

Despite the success in terms of production that has ensured food security in the country, food inflation and its volatility remain a challenge, which requires supply-side interventions such as higher public investment, storage infrastructure and promotion of food processing, said the article titled 'Indian Agriculture: Achievements and Challenges'. The article said Indian agriculture scaled new heights with record production of various foodgrains, commercial and horticultural crops, exhibiting resilience and ensuring food security during the COVID-19 period.

Only accountibiliy is there for engineer's work except that there is no accountibiliy for any other profession, which needs to be implemented either directly or indirectly to improve quality of service without any loopholes in the system.

They way private companies work if government officials start working in that manner 95 percent grievences will not reach court. The most important thing which private companies do is transparency and communication on mail keeping all stakeholders in CC and watchers in BCC so no one can write wrong thing in mail, also the mail decides responsibility till the person to whom it is send do not responds. But very few people will have courage to implement this. If this system is implemented there will be no corruption.

Need of digitalization in below areas Healthcare - There should be data of every doctor/hospital online with respect to their profession and sucess rates and failure rates, also when a patient is admitted everyday blood sample should be taken to catch the hospital/doctor if they have not done right treatment. All hospitals should share the diagnosis and treatment reports online with patients which is not done by many. Taxation - It's hard to find right CA many times in each place, if CA gives wrong advice or CA makes mistake tax payer is in trouble, government should provide interface to lot of CA available in India, a review based ranking system for available CA, where in CA don't know whose data is being checked, Tax payer don't know who is checking, reviewer CA don't know whose work is being reviewed, and price limits are decided by market hence this step can reduce lot of time wastages which happens because no single person knows everything.
