Dear Madam/Sir,
We, Kerala State SMEO are one of the leading Organaisation in MSME Sector in Kerala. In the list of 469 items reserved for exclusive purchase from MSME's, the list for purchase of service is very less. For eg. item 46 to 54 is paints and related products. Their service is Painting. But this is not included in the Service section. There are so many people engaged in this Painting jobs all over India. If this job is included in the service section, it will be good for the community financial growth.
Anildev
Vice President,
Kerala State SMEO.

Demonetisation, GST, economic go-slow,Covid 19 catastrophe, Russia and Ukraine war, rising inflation and rising inflation, the MSME sectors are ruined their future prospects as recouping from the above without major supports will make the said sector fragile. So 469 items reserved for exclusive purchase for government Dept will provide a major boost to struggling sector. As it aids to compete to economy of scAle companies. It would help to know the demand and produce correspondingly. So they will not face any uncertainty. One factors also taken to release payments so that it will not block their working capital of business. This will also provide workers intake in case of higher demand. All these things are adequate to bolster the slow down of economy. They will get confidence to steady growth. Without agriculture and MSME growth we can not emerge as major economy power. Unemployment and poverty increase. It is welcome decision.

All initiatives are great. Here I must mention that Msme and Gem are made for timely transaction to support msme. But when there is no time bounded payment structure and time bounded resolving parameters the msme faces a lots of problems and ultimately loosing positive interest in system. many of such msme close down due to delay in payment from government and other such institutions. Gem helpline takes so much time and no one is accountable in Gem. Why Gem is charging so much fees if they do not help a msme. Administration must look into it and some time barred system should be involved so as these great initiative by government can be seen at ground level

Government of India must make an Andorid application for MSME and all the products must be listed on the MSME andorid applications this applications must be linked to various department so that all the mandatory public procurement process can be done easily. With help of Andorid application Online Tenders and Bidding must used for smooth function of procurements. Advertisment of MSME must me made on large scale among public and citizens through Railways, Bus, Metro, Airports to get more help for MSME. Please try to implement thus for Growth of MSME.
