Respected Honorable Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi Ji. Thank you very much for your every great effort taking for our nation & our people. Only if our government is fit, our people will be fit & if our people are fit, our country will be fit. When it comes to our nation, our DEFENSE is our immunity against our enemies & when it comes to our people HEALTH our immunity. Immunity plays prime role both in securing our nation & people. Need better health to build a better nation.

All Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) and Panchayats should be directed to form sports clubs or groups. Government of India itself can organise District level, State Level & National Sports Competitions. NEP 2020 should be implemented for active participation of students in physical activities like Yog, Aerobics and Sports as a compulsory subject from Nursery Class onwards.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, सम्मान पूर्ण प्रणाम, योग इंसान को शारीरिक और मानसिक तौर पर स्वस्थ रखता है जैसे:- एक आदमी को पढ़ आओगे तो एक व्यक्ति शिक्षित होगा एक स्त्री को पढ़ आओगे तो पूरा परिवार शिक्षित होगा उसी प्रकार आज के दौर में - अगर घर की स्त्री फिट होगी तो पूरा परिवार फिट और स्वस्थ होगा हमारे यहां स्त्रियों को कई प्रकार की कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ता है जैसे संतुलित भोजन का ना मिलना, प्रसव ऑपरेशन द्वारा करना, आदि कृपया ऐसे कदम उठाए जाएं
