To be fit you have to do only 10 minutes some exercises: 1) 2 minutes running (speed) 2)Tadasan yoga position for 1 minute 3)up and down 2 minutes 4) Reverse crunch-15 5) Thinking

To be fit we need to start our morning with fresh air it's up to you while you do yoga or some other exercises but its should be done on regular basis and take nutritious diet so that you all will be fit.In this pandemic period there should be yoga and exercise classes for the students in online classes because youngsters are the future of our country they should be fit and health consciousness so that they provide awareness and inspire all other family members to be fit and fine.

SIR, TO KEEP FIT METALLY AND HEALTHY, WE HAVE TO SLEEP AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE TAKE A COMPLATE SLEEP AND HEALTHY SLEEP, WEAK UP IN THE MORNING WITH POSITIVITY, TAKE FRUITS IN THE MORNING AFTER DOING ALL REGULAR CLEANESS, TAKE WATER AS MUCH YOU CAN AFTER INTERVEL OF ONE HOUR BEFORE TAKING LUNCH DO NOT TAKE WATER AND TAKE THE SAME ON TIME IN EVENING, TAKE BISUCUTES LIKE MARRY GOLD, WITH KARAH ALSO TAKE SOME CHURAH CHANGE IT THE SAME TIME TO TIME SO THAT YOU GET TEST EVERY DAY IN DINNER TAKE 80% FOOD.

बच्चो को बचपन से हर दिन योग के बारे में समज मिले और खेलकूद में रुचि बड़े ऐसे क्लास हर स्कूलों में होने चाइए हमारी पुरानी संसकृति से भी बच्चें जुड़े रहें और नए विज्ञान के साथ बच्चो को आगे बढ़ने की सिख मिले।

ಮಾನ್ಯರೇ, ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಹಬ್ಬುತ್ತಿದೆ, ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಜನರ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷವೇ ಕಾರಣ.ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಜನರು ಮಾಸ್ಕ್ ಬಳಸುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ.ನನ್ನ ಪಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತಿದ್ದ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಬಂದಿದೆ ಆದರೆ ನನಗೆ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ,ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ ನಾನು ಹೊರಗಡೆ ಹೋದಾಗ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಮಾಸ್ಕ್ ನ್ನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಕೊರೊನಾವನ್ನು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟ ಬೇಕಾದರೆ,ಮಾಸ್ಕ್ ದರಿಸದವರಿಗೆ ರೂಪಾಯಿ 5000ಗಳ ದಂಡ ಅಥವಾ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷ ಜೈಲ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ವಿಧಿಸಬೇಕು.

Respected sir, if we see our past .... the strengt, the immunity..was so appreciating .Whether they are child, teen ,adult or elders. But what about today ? In today's lifestyle people are getting attracted towards the things which are tastier for their tongue and such items are not that healthier for our immunity. Now let's talk about physical activities, during that time there was no laptops, no mobile phones, no video games . We can say , in today's life physical work is just lost.

यदि हम लंबा जीवन चाहते है तो हमे फिट रहना सीखना होगा जिसमें हमे एक्सरसाईज व योगाको अपने जीवन में अपनाना पड़ेगा
