Dear Sir To maintain good health and fit for living / work following steps to be taken by everyone. 1. GO TO BE BED EARLY AND GET UP EARLY. 2. EAT FRESH VEGITABLES AND FRUITS. 3. DO YOGA, WALKING AND EXCERCISE DAILY FOR ONE HR. 4. THINK POSITIVE. 5. MAKE FRIENDS 6. FORGET AND FORGIVE THOSE WHO HURT YOU. 7. AVOID STRESS. 8. KEEP YOURSELF BUSY. 9. GO FOR MEDICAL CHECK UP YOUR HEALTH ONCE IN A YEAR. 10. AVOID ALCOHOL AND SMOKING. 11. KEEP YOUR SURROUNDINGS NEAT AND CLEAN. 12. WEAR PROPER PPE.

Respected PM sir, We are all happy to have this fit India dialogue programme. As all are discussing about fitness, nutrients etc.. My aim is to get rid of physical and mental stress. So for that I am doing excecises and yoga everyday. Each and every human in our India should know the importance of yoga and exercise which helps us greatly in our routine life. Such a nice platform u have given now we are all thank full to u sir. Jai hind.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्रीजी, सादर प्रणाम। आज भारत में ड्रग मण्डली उजागर हुई हैं वह कई वर्षों से चालू थी पर आज सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की हत्या के बाद इसका विस्तृत रूप दिखाई देता हैं। इस गन्दगी को स्वच्छ करने का यही अवसर हैं। इनको कड़ी से कड़ी सजा मिलनी चाहिए ताकि दूसरों को इससे सबक मिले। कुछ पाने के लिए जहां लड़कियों को अपनी इज्जत दावपर रखनी पड़ती हैं, ऐसे बहुत सारे क्षेत्र जैसे कॉरपोरेट सेक्टर तथा फ़िल्म इंडस्ट्री हैं। इसपर कड़ा कानून बना दे तो अच्छा होगा। आनेवाली पीढ़ी को अच्छे भारत का दर्शन हो।

This is one of the many good initiative by the current government, thank you for this. Being Fit and Healthy should be one of the top goals for everyone and we must strive hard to achieve, but we lack Discipline. Less junk, avoiding sugar can be greatly beneficial, but it's seldom practiced. We, the youth, should eat healthy & reduce fast food as Adulteration is at its high now as compared to our Parents' generation. आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी नमस्ते अपने फिट इंडिया का जो मुहिम उठाया है वह बहत सराहनीय है । हमें सदा फिट रहने के लिए हर रोज सुबह 4- 5 बजे के बीच ब्रम्ह मुहूर्त में उठकर सबसे पहले ॐ क़ार का ध्यान आधा घंटा तक करना चाहिए उसके बाद योग- व्यायाम, प्राणायाम, अनुलोम- विलोम करना चाहिए। हमारे शरीर को बेहतर ढंग से ठीक रखने का सबसे अच्छा उपाय हर रोज आधा घंटा साइकिलिंग करना। धन्यवाद सप्तर्षि महतो

respected our prime minister sir heart disease , diabities are occured in small age in today era ..it become panic disease for indian people ..heart attack give no time to go for treatment in huge cases ..so sir u r in power plz sir u should include food awarness subject in school and also give treadmill machine with subsidies to people who want exercise other wise increase park in town area.so we can increase life expectancy of India and we can enjoy our life without and disease..
