5. MAKE FRIENDS
6. FORGET AND FORGIVE THOSE WHO HURT YOU.
7. AVOID STRESS.
8. KEEP YOURSELF BUSY.
9. GO FOR MEDICAL CHECK UP YOUR HEALTH ONCE IN A YEAR.
10. AVOID ALCOHOL AND SMOKING.
11. KEEP YOUR SURROUNDINGS NEAT AND CLEAN.
12. WEAR PROPER PPE.
