Dear Sir, At first I convey my sincere thanks to your great efforts to build a healthy nation, my suggestion to the Fit India Programme is that - (1). Teachers must be trained regarding yoga practices and (2). If possible we may engaged yoga (guru) teachers cluster wise to improve and fulfilment of this effort. Thanking you.

स्वस्थ इंडिया, सब बढिया स्वास्थ्य का अर्थ एक point of view से देखे तोह सभी व्यक्ती के लिये प्राथमिक स्थर पर स्वास्थ्य का अर्थ एक ही है - आपने आप पर ध्यान केंद्रित करते हुये स्वास्थ्य तरिको को आपनाना, आपने बारे में तथा दुसरों के बारे में अच्छा मेहसुस करना, आपने स्वास्थ्य का खयाल रखना, नियमित योग करना, सात्विक अन्नपाण पर ध्यान देना तथा आपने आत्मसन्मान एवं आत्म-छवि को महत्व देने से भी आपने आपको शारीरिक, आत्मिक, मानसिक ओर सामाजिक तरिके से स्वास्थ्य होने का एहसास होता है

Yoga and meditation should be made a part of the curriculum in all schools so that our bright young minds can become both physically and mentally fit. Martial arts can also be included. This will make our country a land of peaceful and happy and law abiding citizens. An ideal Ram Rajya.

Honorable, Prime Minister We think that if a person do meditation, exercise and any other things which makes the person relax it would helpful for our nation. As we konw that 5 am to 7am also known as bharam muharat which help people to feel better, so if a person do meditation, exercise in this period of time it makes our nation healthy. Thank you
