When we talk about fitness I don't think it's only confined to physical fitness, exclusively physical, mental,social and spiritual fitness is most required and that obviously Yoga can provide. Sir, really appreciate the hard work you are doing. Your energy and commitment for the nation are amazing. Kindly stress on the need for outdoor activities, spending time in sunlight, for all. This helps to have good Vitamin D levels in the bod and helps to have good immunity and healthy bones and teeth. Even Corona death is less in patients with better vit D levels. 30 minutes of bright sunlight every day will be good. Schools should have at least one assembly in sunlight few days a week

This is my personal experience, I started working out 15 days back and I'm continuing with great enthusiasm and started eating sprouts early morning. this 15 days I really can feel great change in me. I feel confident(not over confident), positive and Im able to beat all my bad habits with ease, and No Fap boys. it really helps me stay focused. if whole nation workout daily, Im confident no China or Any superpower can beat India.

Fitness is not a choice make it a priority.Namaste I'm Jai Aswani age 18 from Chennai Tamilnadu when I met Milind Soman for the first time in 2016 he asked me do u run. 2018 I ran intercity from Puducherry to Chennai covering 140 kms in 3 days with Milind Soman in a team of 6. Every thing is possible.Fitness make us discipline.Discipline person can think better do better.Every one must take up any kind of fitness. Start your day Walking for 30 minutes atleast. Fitness gives you confidence.

BODY WORKOUT WITHOUT WEIGHTS Including YOGA on daily basis for atleast 30 Minutes will Keep every one fit and give you freshness in your daily life. A lot of videos are available for free in youtube. One can just search Home workout and thee you go. from 10 minutes to 1 hour from beginner to Extreme all kinds of work out are available. Followed by good diet. Remember dont give extra burden on your intestines/stomach for your extra eating habits. Participate in Marathon. Eat right, workout Daily

Walk 10000 to 15000 steps daily (approx - 8 km) Do Yoga and Pranayam Daily Drink 5 to 6 litres of water on daily basis Do meditation for fresh and healthy mind 😊 Do exercise on daily basis to make your body fit 💪 . . . Kyuki Fit rahega India 🇮🇳 tabhi to Hit rahega India 🇮🇳

Yoga on daily basis. Drinking at least 3 litres of water daily. Walk of 30 minutes min 5 days a week. Try avoiding outside food, eat mostly home made food.

Early to bed early to rise is my mantra to stay fit...😊it really works if you schedule your whole day in advance and follow the balance diet 😊
