I think that we must be metally fit , be a little social, read memes and have some hobbies. Because more positive thoughts on your brain makes you confident to do anything
And for physical health , some yoga is enough because bodybuilding and being fat or thin doesn't makes you fit or unfit. We just have to make our body work with us , not for showing off to everyone. Be mentally strong and some bit of streach with healthy diet.
