I think that we must be metally fit , be a little social, read memes and have some hobbies. Because more positive thoughts on your brain makes you confident to do anything And for physical health , some yoga is enough because bodybuilding and being fat or thin doesn't makes you fit or unfit. We just have to make our body work with us , not for showing off to everyone. Be mentally strong and some bit of streach with healthy diet.

फिटनेस के लिए: पौष्टिक भोजन जिसमें प्रोटीन फाइबर विटामिन कैल्शियम भरपूर हो।सोया बङी, मौसम की सब्जी, टमाटर का सूप, साबुत दालें, दूध पनीर । बहुत महंगा आवश्यक नही। पढाई या काम के साथ एक घंटा रोज अपनी शक्ति अनुसार फिज़िकल एक्टीविटी। सात घंटे की नींद तनाव पर नियंत्रण समय हो तो धीरे धीरे प्राणायाम सकारात्मक आशावादी सोच बस इतना कर के देखो, शीघ्र लाभ होगा जय हिंद

Open badminton court too. The game which itself having social distancing is not resumed but everything else does so . We are getting fat and unhealthier to fight with this new disease. At least this game will help us to get our immunity stonger , scientifically .

Fit India _ For people to be fit physically & mentally GOI should prepare long term plan to be implemented alongwith all state & local governments. 1. Contain Urbanization & vertical growth of cities. 2. Develop smart villages. 3. Promote reverse migration from cities to villeges by creating supporting infrastructure. 4. Create Sports, Yoga, Naturopathy, Ayurveda complexes all around India & promote these things at education centers, work places & common social points. Ease of Living = FIT India
