1.Smart Water management
2.Smart Waste Management

5.Smart Health.
6.Smart electricity grid(usage of solar devices)

Wide footpaths, No encroachment either by shopkeepers or hawkers. Trees on waysides, well maintained parks with good vegetation especially flowers Gulmohar trees. Walking / jogging tracks; lawns Sitting benches etc. 24 hour water, gas pipelines;, strict rules for parking; Autos compulsory CNG, good city buses - list is unending.

Small, tight streets work great, and so do wide streets, if designed right.
