Continuing my previous comment
.. this will prevent fraudulent civil suits and protect the genuine citizens and since courts can verify the title there will be no chance of it being a civil suit if a land grabber or a criminal claims title. This will greatly secure the vast INDIAN population who suffer because of such crooks and the courts having to go through a long process to ascertain the title

Sir I would like to go point by point and first to that which will do most good numbers wise
digitize land records and titles to land where in a title to a portion of land is issued to a citizen via the government from a private party and at the same time cancelling the title of the vendor and issuing the new title to the vendee this will eliminate bogus sales as a vendor can only sell by showing the title deed which can be digitally verified just as the aadhar can be done now.

On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life.
Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.

Digitization should be start from constitution of India. It will not only help Govt. of India but also citizen of India and Parliamentarian of our country. It will facilitate removing obsolete and over lapping laws in India. Digitization of our constitution should be programmed in such way that if we type Law for “prior permission for Business in India”. It should populate all the law applicable by central and state Govt. of India.

The following should be digitised-
a) Land records- Digitising land records would help several businesses esp. infrastructure in planning and executing projects better. Common citizens would also benefit as they would not get duped while buying a house.
b)Vehicle registration- Transfer of vehicles from one RTO to another and records of outstanding complaints against a vehicle should be available online. Challans should also be payable online.

Firstly needed to make online for data of lands and property. This is a sector where people have to rely on somebody to fetch all the details. Secondly all FIR and cases filed in police station or with any vehicle involved in accident. Third all university certificates to ensure any fake certificate could not be submit by anyone. All money provided to MP/MLA should have online portal where details provided for expenditure. ADHAR should linked with all documents of individual accessible to them.

Disability is a major area of concern for the government. If appropriate action is not taken, it is going to be an increasing financial burden. I strongly believe that the records of assessments, evaluations, progress reviews, community partnership records, MOUs has to be digitalised. This process will entail crowd sourcing for the standardisation of systems and procedures in the training of students of special needs. This will bring about professionalism, transparency and better results.
