Land records should come first. There is no transparency in the system currently and I have come to know of cases where same land was registered by two parties.
For any land, it should be easy to figure out chain of ownership on a website (anonymized in a certain way to respect privacy.) This will bring down blatant land scams.

I think Indian revenue System has to enhance the way to keep track the land owner details by giving each and every Survey No a unique ID and Joing it with the land Owner Details.I think this will prevent many real estate Frauds from cheating Common man

The most important things in my opinion is to start from the Birth and death details (Certificates) of All citizens of the country. Followed by Land records, Health records, Education Qualification records, Service records (Gov. servants), Crime records, Income Tax records etc.

Digitization should be started from Courts and followed by state government Director General offices and secretariat, treasuries,AG office, hospitals and finally central government offices as for security reason due to presence of large scale greed digitization at central government offices make theft of important data very easy.A central platform may be used for all digitization.

As weather concern more for farmers there must be weather report message system(sms) or any social media app that will help a lot. And also our social(name, residence) & income information should be accessible through one page for all the government jobs as this takes much pages & time.

ऐक आदमी को काम करता है तो हाथ,पाव, आखे, सब अपने अपने काम करते पर सब का program अलग रहेता है फिर भी data तो mind मैं सेट रहेगा। तो फिर india में असे केसे हर dept. Or area का data planning different! Why?? Why not create centerlized data bank where all state and national or even each person data come in one place or even one single window programme like Microsoft process every govt. Compter install only that program and only govt service man id use for login n operate every think like. (Cont.)

Digitisation of records upto village level cannot be completed unless young and old individuals
get invoved in the project.Training to school children of class 9th and above and Ex servicemen of the area and used for digitisation. 3 trained men could be retained for regular updation of data. Attributes could be collected by school children.GIS is created using open source software. They could also be used for maintence of village records
