I request you to create personal web page of each citizen based on Aadhar card. This citizen profile must contain personal, family, education, professional, vehicle, property, bank account, mobile number, gas connection, income tax, other tax, election card, driving license, pan card and police records. In this profile citizen and govt department can update their respective data. Suppose I passed from Mumbai University then in my education records must be ratified by Mumbai University in profile

I am a Medical researcher and availability of scientific journals is the biggest headache. To write one article you need to read atleat 100-150 article. Most of them are paid article costing not less than 1000 rs. each. Visiting national library again and again, just to get one article tends to demoralize a researcher. It would be very nice if all the national and international journals can be made available online for free at least in the institutes. #Digitization, #DigitalIndia

1. Court judgements and Records - some of which are supposed to be stored permanently and taking lot of space.
2. Land records.
3. Birth / death records
4. Any paper or record which is supposed to be stored over 5 years can be digitised
5. Many records which are generated from computers and are required to be stored for long time - these can be directly digitised with help of electronic signatures!

Digitizing the following & linking them to the Aadhar will be useful
All the Deposits & bonds that are issued at post offices.Property details such as land based on Pattadar books & information available at registrar offices.Aadhar linking should be mandated same as PAN submission for registrations at registrar office.SMS Alerts or emails to be sent for property tax dues & electricity bills by Municipal authorities at state level to the contact details in aadhar for better revenue collection.

In Mumbai, even after Maharashtra government introduced ' Online application for Deemed Conveyance' for Co Op housing societies, the office staff of concerned authority insist on paper copies of 'all' documents. Is it ignorance or an attempt to resist change?
A lot of supporting documents are asked for this process such as society regn certificate, List of members & their share certificates, Approved building plan .. etc. More than documents are listed on the govt website & must be digitized.
