Simply hire some technical people with computer & scanner and authorize them to get digitize documents from public against some little cost . Therefore a group of youth will get some income and you should reach a large number of people easily .

#Digitization: stored in a digital format like will and the need for paper documents/certificates should be dispensed with.
2. In the second phase of digitization- besides having a whats app no of Prime Minister's Office, all ministries of the government of India should have a separate whats app no with the logo of the ministry as the profile picture where the citizns can send complaints, documents, suggestions, news, videos, images and clips for improving governance.

Digitalization is only possible with the accessibility of the interest at a very minimal cost. Introducing hardware in the rural India should be given equal focus. However the most important need of hour is to educate people of every nook and corner of the country and make them aware of the benefits of digitalization.

#Digitization: Digitization ensures transparency in governance, reduces paper work being environment friendly and the records are easy to maintain. There should be digitization in the following fields:
1. Digitization and also video recording should be done in the first phase in those areas which gives rise to litigation and disputes e.g. registration of will, registration of marriages. Digitaization of these will end dishonest practices.

Their is a need to make sure before digitalizing records that server should be placed with in india. The server should not be connected to internet otherwise thier is potential threat the records. MNC can pay huge bucks of money to get the data.
secondly important thing hardware should used to store digital data must be eco-friendly and power efficiency need to be consider.

1. Educational Certificates
2. Medical Documents
3. Land and Property records
4. Social records (Police verification and records)
5. Bank accounts and their records
6. Aadhar related documents (Biometrics)
7. PAN details
8. Voter ID details
The documents should be combined and should be made to a single card to eliminate the hassle of carrying multiple cards. The authorised agencies should be able to view only the req details. eg. Land records details are not required by Medical agencies
