Land records in our country are still as per Khasra etc., to identify the plots. There has to be a possibility if we can have coordinate based land records

1. First, make sure that people have access to the cheap internet. Many cyber cafe are charging exorbitant money for a simple task as printing adhar card. Government must open their cyber cafe where people can access internet.
2. Cheap smartphone may be produced under 'make in India' so that every person may be covered.

Will propose to have a centralized repository (may be on cloud) of all these documents, should be secured (one time entry and edit through proper process, read mode to various departments and citizen him/her self).

There should Ba a security option where in the citizen is the owner of the records, so there should be share option where by if a particular digital document needs to be submitted online to some person or institute the user can send a link of his document to the authority which on otp verification by citizen can be accessed by the receiving institution or person. This can tremendously reduce use of paper submissions and long queues

There must be sections : fixed categories and some miscellaneous.Fixed categories are for documents that all citizens do generally possess like birth certificate, pan card, driving license, passport, voter id,school records, college records, income tax records, government licences and registrations. Miscellaneous must give flexibility for user to upload the documents he considers essential to be digitised like property papers, investments etc.data limit can be put on miscellaneous

The portal can create a Aadhar based access for online saving of records digitally , government bodies issuing various certificates and documents can directly upload the persons certificate and documents on the Aadhar linked account. Also people can scan and upload their records online using I'd and a otp password which can be sent on their Aadhar linked email id or mobile number.

In addition to the records mentioned, following also need to be digitized:
1. Salary details of an individual with an organization
2. Bank records of an individual
3. Records of investments
These records should be ofcourse, having due security features so that they are not miused. They can be shared by an individual with others on "sharing-per-document" feature. User decides which document he/she wants to share with whom - somewhat like the posts on Facebook.

If the use of degaraded forest land by idle tribal population is co-ordinated, it can solve many problems. E.g. successful afforestation with minimum funds, sequestration of carbon and reduction of anthropogenic emission, availability of green fuel for cooking and industries, deployment of millions of rural unskilled youth, etc. It will use the natural sun and rain falling on barren land, which are being wasted today.
