collecting documents before going into government office every time is a big proble for most people. when GOI finalize AAdhar card/ or other the goverment should link the all possible documents to it
1) school/college records
2) ration card/driving license /passport no /pancard
3) house/land / property details
4)bank/ commercial entities etc
these are the most needed documents
once digitization completed most of government applications & forms can be limited to 1 page 1/2

I am agree with Sankalp Jain, etc. that all essential documents should be digitized and available online with just entering their numbers of given code in any gov. office.
My concern is esp. for Land records, as I have very bitter experiences since last two and more years that Gujarat gov. had used Satellite mapping technologies and what it had done for public? only harassment and victimization of corrupted system.
Therefore, I request manual upload by scanning old docs again.

Everything should be digitized. And if possible please create a database for each citizen and use the same for whatever new card govt is planning to issue.(In my view there is no need of different cards. We need only 1 card and it should have all the details like PAN, LICENSE,PASSPORT,RATION CARD,BIRTH CERTIFICATE ETC)

All documents required for KYC should be digitised. Giving photocopies of them every time is wasteful. Land records must be digitised too.
