India have a large number of engineers who are jobless and software companies has varied profile who have competence to digitize data in no more than few weeks time for every department for all-india subject to govt officers collate and provide information in no more than a week's time. Digitization means collating, validating, converting, capturing, presenting information to govt on a computer installed in their offices. Strategies can be worked out by sitting with experts in resp fields.

7. Oflate,National Green Tribunal(NGT) woke up where was it in all these years since its inception. Was it not aware when the buildings were approved & contructed? Was it not aware that vehicles in Delhi are increasing at rate never before and trees were not planted at a pace like never before. Similar is the case with other regulatory bodies. Department did not have data in digitized form at their disposal? Does it take days to churn out data to make decisions? Yes.

5.Police complaints must be filed online pan-india. Most of the time complaints are not lodged by department for not closing the complaint will have an adverse effect on their jobs and rumneration. Making it online will government to have actual number of incidents.

3. Banks still do not enter PAN and Aadhar Details for fear of losing customer. Make it mandatory for banks to have PAN for every account holder and TIN for every current bank account holder else account will not be active.

2. Promote the usage of card readers by even a small retailer by reducing the service charges by banks. At the same time promote usage of cards(debit especially) for making even a small transaction. It will ultimately reduce cash transactions and hence black money and corruption. It will also help in catching those who declare their incomes very very low as against high profits earned by them in their respective business.
