Very difficult. The fact is that an RTI query reveals IAS officers in the Center state that they don't know the background in states of IAS officers as regards their eligibility to get increments ,promotions, pensionary benefits which are randomly and arbitrarily fixed. Thus since independence DOPT states, it does not have any data regarding eligibility of IAS officers to be given key appointments etc. Thus thousands of crores have been lost on account of false promotions, postings etc/ of IAS

DIGITISATION IS GOOD FOR COUNTRY. BUT BEFORE GOING FOR THAT SOME BASIC STRUCTURE MUST BE FIXED FOR THE ENTIRE NATION BECAUSE EVERY PLAYER IS GOING AS PER THEIR OWN ROAD MAP. UNLESS WE FIX UNIFORM PLATFORM AND INTER COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL BETWEEN DIFFERENT DATABASES, WE WILL END UP IN DAT JUNGLE WITHOUT ANY BENEFIT.
WE MUST GIVE TIME FOR PLANNING OF DATA STRUCTURE SO ALL THE MINISTRIES DO NOT HAVE TO ENTER SAME DATA ON DIFFERENT DATA BASES.WE NEED TO RE-ENGINEER OUR WORK PROCESS ALSO

Sir ,
1) The Income Tax is focused only on the salaried class. The business class always enjoys on the the expense of job class. in-spite of 60 yrs of congress rule we are expecting the good governance from a PM , who is a voice of us.
2) can we think of the change of layout of agriculture procedure ( marketing etc) to empower the farmers ( turning to SKILLED Farmer) to close the vacuum of the unbalanced society, Kind regards, Pawan @ gurgaon 9212314595

senior officers in central ministries are not implementing 100% digitization and 100% conversion to e-governance, because in papers/files there are lot of opportunities for subjective and discretionary powers. this is happening in all ministries and their secretaries (IAS recruited during license permit raj of 1979-1981) are only misleading their PM by saying to him IN MEETINGS that they are reforming governance to make it citizen friendly. KATHNE AND KARNE DIFFERS AND MODIJI WILL PAY FOR IT.

TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN
IN MY OPINION DIGITIZATION IS ALSO REQUIRED IN SELLING OF STAMP PAPERS IN ALL STATES BECAUSE FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU WANT TO BUY 10/- STAMP PAPER, STAMP PAPER VENDOR IS CHARGING 10/- EXTRA, IF YOU
REFUSE TO GIVE HIM HE WON'T SELL STAMP PAPER (INCLUDING FRANKING) TO YOU. SO IN ORDER TO AVOID THIS IT IS BETTER TO INCLUDED IN LIST OF PAYMENTS OF TAXES LIKE DIRECT AND INDIRECT TAXES.

Digitization of records will unleash the captive data and information stored in paper and image format documents. This information can be used for quantitative, qualitative and predictive analysis. E-Government applications which serve as System of Records will transform into Systems of Engagement, reactive governance will change to proactive governance. Moreover it will create earning opportunities and motivate citizens to learn digital skills. A true march towards Digital India.

Introduce a digital public forum in the affairs of the parliament (Rajya and Lok) on giant screen so congress sees immediate online public opinion via social media 'NOT news' on mandates. So they know we are watching and perhaps learn to stop barking for not making enough black money anymore, hopefully it can do more than that! Suggestions?
This would imply we would need to introduce sessions to social media.
