Schools, hospitals, necessary Government Offices should be within the reach of the tribal society.
A official group should act as a mentor association and guide the tribes in a progressive direction.
The forest department should employ the tribes mostly and a all purpose tribal helpline must be created for 24 hour services on all valid doubts, research program-mes and development.

Most of the tribal families have a hand-to-mouth existence. We need to create employment for them. The tribal children contribute to the family income. Parents of tribal children (till age 14) should be given compulsary employment only if they send their children to school. Once the child crosses age 14, he/she should be given some part-time work in the school so that skills are also developed and money can also be earned. The parents will then infact encourage the children to go to school.

There are three things which sould be taken care of, education and quality of road side and tribal children(they will be the one who can go to any limit for their country), more than required support to farmers(In india no one should die because of hunger and farmer should not die because of poverty, A farmer dies and food production of india decreases), and increasing greenery and making a breathful environment of india(make India more greener,Climate change should be seriously taken care of)

i hv a suggestion to increase literacy rate , most of ST's get their benefits from govt such as subsidies ( on rice ,wheat, fertilizers )etc.,, pls ask them to submit a bonofide frm respective school where their children study ,as a mandatory one before applying fr subsidies .If they fail to produce cancel the application .This plan works out to increase literacy rate in rural areas
