Gurukal concept needs to be spread amongst the Tribals & Sainaik schools or Kendriya Vidyalays needs to be assigned as their schooling base. Once a base is determined rest falls in place pretty fast keeping in mind the post education role of the student as per his / her apptitude. Hence a separate Tribal Ministry has to be involved in taking into confidence all Tribal Panchayats to endorse children for schooling & in cases reimbursing monetarily the loss of the child for the family

It is essential that any intervention has to be in pace of their societal evolution besides the pace of change has to be moderated & Must include topics from their organic Knowledge Pool. Tribals have been close to the nature & are very emotional, thus both these factors needs to be sensitized by the administration. It is important to have a separate affairs sections in all Block level upward straight upto the concerned Ministry, thus linking the Tribal ministry with the actual going ons.
