Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

I have written a project on Smart Card before 16 yrs. The card which will be more useful in stopping Child Labor, Crimes, Terrorism, Corruption, Black marketing and many more illegal works. And this card will be more useful in Social Security, Border Security and bringing 100% voting and to know more abt gov projects to the common people. I hope by this platform i may be able to keep my project in the development of our country. with lots of hope waiting for the positive response frm Ur side.jr

1) A pin should be generated and that should be used for any electronic transaction done if any. 2) if sim is shifted in new phone, then pin should be entered to activate the mobile service. 3) Govt. should asks for opinion by sms for any critical issues or any other issues which it might think it might be useful for governance. 4) mobile money transaction should be encouraged to reduce the hard cash transaction, this might be helpful in many ways - from black money reduction etc

Aadhar Unique ID number, it is a grade Idea for human, but now a days we dont know why it needs to me, because we have no idea and uses about the Addhar No.. Its need a debate about it in media. Mobile phone is a digital helping hand. we get connect to all over the world.with a small figure pressing. we get information from world with mobile internet and connect with govt. office. etc

Provide free basic mobile to rural poor with bank a/c.It shall reduce delivery cost, misappropriation of subsidy, And It will increase rural tele density ,accuracyto reach eligible only needy person.

WE CAN ESTABLISH E-VOTING IN ELECTIONS. BECAUSE THE LOK SABHA AND STATE ELECTIONS WILL COME ONLY IN APRIL AND MAY AT THAT TIME MANY PEOPLE WILL GO TO OTHER PLACES FOR VACATIONS THIS IS THE MAIN REASON FOR NOT REACHING 100% VOTES

THE COLLEGES CAN CONNECT THE STUDENTS THROUGH NET. BECAUSE NOWADAYS ALL THE STUDENTS HAVE SMART PHONES AND HAS NET CONNECTION. SO THAT WE CAN REDUCE THE USAGE OF PAPERS AND HELP FOR GREEN INDIA

at a time billing structure is in the hand of printers ,they have print vat number,bill no. ,book.no.te tec with there own convienient ,at some times tin no.,bill no.,etc,tec written on left side,some times right side,some times bottom sideand some time bottom left ,bootom right this not possible for every accountant to read properly the above noted things
