Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Sir just in line as PAHAL which have started superbly i would suggest to introduce a similar initiative for indian railways to curb corruption. Sir indian railways should introduce a section in its system the adhaar details for booking tickets irrespective of reserved or unreserved. This would create a data bank for railways and every citizens adhaar would be linked. Next time when ever reservation will be done only adhaar number is to be given for all passenger.

Mobile signal range of bsnl is not as per standard as bsnl net plans are 2G & 3G are same but signal getting are weak and not continues ..as like idea ,vodafone etc pl give direction to bsnl department

Dear Sir, V. Matram It is a good time to divest UOIs shares in PSUs, when the sensex is at an all-time high, to meet the disinvestment target. Pl. seize this opportunity to earn max. revenue, as this situation (due to Obama's visit), may not last long. Time to act on corrupt businesses engaged in tax evasion as well. Good suggestions...We can still have the denominations required when cash deposit or cash withdrawals are operated from concerned branch/Bank...As regards ATM system,only available currency is available...If the topic is in relation to change problem,such currency can be got exchanged from the bank.ATM slip will be the supporting document to be carried to the right Branch/Bank...

Shri NarendraModi and Shri Manohar Parriker, Pls make it mandatory for all govt organisations esp. the armed forces and further the army to make its inventory management practical down to the smallest sub-unit RFID based to bring in efficiency in foresight planning and consumption of and also central monitoring of materials.
