Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

For Shri Manohar Parikar 1. The Army operates in a very large scale manner in the deserts. the vehicles have limited mobility and need sand tyres. to remove this special requirement please consider the tank treads as in this vehicle http://www.wired.com/2015/01/nissan-juke-tracks-snow/ . Shri Narendra Modi 2. Please get the RBI under an indians control. if we keep outsourcing the control of the heart of our economy to the USA like UPA. this is dangerous to our national security.

In our army there is a tradition of naming on the basis of caste like Rajputana Rifles, Jat Batalion,Gorkha Batalion etc. My idea is that this naming should be on changed on the name of our patriots like Rani Laxmi bai batalion, tatya tope Rifles, Mangal Pandey Batalions etc. request to pl. think on it because it help in build india.

When we are dreaming for a Digital India, we need to be very clear on the internet infra around the country. While the broadband connectivity by major telecom companies are little expensive, the monopoly still continues by the local cable operators owned by some corrupt politicians,The first step should be to be setting up a regulatory Body for the ISPs in order provide a balanced internet infra.
