Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Our government state and central used to publish lots of GR every year, monthly my suggestion over this topic is at the time of publishing any GR, timeline to implement same GR should be there so that people can avail the advantage of GR and citizen will get profit. Just by publishing GR things wont work, but if we will give fix timeline to implement it will give good output.

I think aaj ke time me reservation policy ko band kar dena chaiye. Iska karan ye nahi ki me general sebelong karta hu balki isliye kiyoki reservation se jaha aaj low percentages valo ko acha responce mil raha he vahi general valo ko high percentages aane par bhi job nahi mil rahi he! Ye sochne jesa he ki govt. school me ek teacher pada raha he jiske 100 me se 17 no. aae he aur ek gen. ladka jiske 100 mese 50 no. aae he to us ladke ko liya gaya jiske 17no. aae esa isliye hua kiyoki vah rsrv seat

IF THE GOVERNMENT CHANNEL WORKS PROMPTLY , PEOPLE MOSTLY INFRONT OF LIVE E-governance CHANNEL.. SO THE CHANNEL CAN BE STARTED WITH PRIVATE AND GOVT PARTNERSHIP , AND TO MAINTAIN CHANNEL ADVERTISEMENTS ALSO CAN BE TELECASTED IN A LIMITED TIME , EVERY / MOST OF WORK WILL BE MONITERED BY THE CHANNEL DAY TO DAY .. IT WILL GIVE VERY GOOD RESULTS IF WE MAKE IT PROMPTLY , BUT SPREADING A GOVT CHANNEL ALL OVER INDIA EVEN IN VILLAGES MAY BE COSTLY . BUT IF IT COMES IN WE MAY GET GOOD RESULTS FOR BETTER
