Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

Can we take an action for the corruption or any issue found as by government creating a social group where we can upload the pic of any wrong done !! may b a person spoiling the wall by passing urinal, a person spitting, taking bribe, gov executive taking bribe. Thing is, there are many to complain and discuss. But time is for action now. Please make a platform or reason at which people don jus think but never dare to break rules.

Linking mobile number with unique id system that contains part of mobile number and aadhar card number ,which inturn links with the adhaar card. unique identification can be used through sms system to avail services from the registered mobile number. and strict law can be maintained with help for unique id. getting an service from goverment will become easier with the Unique id and biometric acknowledgement system. so that form filling, attested copies of certificates can be avoided.

There should be a voting application from government to gain public votes for particular action to be implemented. For example, this application can be used in public voting for issue of removal of section 370 in Kashmir. To make this application official, it should be strictly maintained and accessible to only those who have online submitted their needful document and proofs with cell number and photo.
