Popularizing the popular is the worst pattern followed in India. Let all the sports man be well trained by the “X” who are all ready popular. NRI players can invest on the academy which were run by the popularized “X”. As of me 40% of children in the urban are fond of internal games (Video games) and physical games are being slowly removed from the brains. Hence some X –Academy are to be designed and with nominal fees with international facalities (No reservation plz ).

NRIs can organize international tournaments of all the games respectively both in India and abroad and help the youngsters to meet the objectives of sports spirit. The generated funds can be utilized for creating infrastructure.

INDIA is not a poor country in terms of not being able to take sports/persons under its wing. "NOT ACCEPTABLE BY ANY MEANS". I lived in China for 2 years, and they have stadiums/soccer fields with a track around in every district or big universities. NRI's can help the poor and donate, but the country must support sports infrastructure first. If China can we can. Every counselor in Bangalore (every 5 km) has an unbelievable full-marble house. The central govt. ,must ensure wise funds utilization

Sports gear is essential. If countries from South America can make sports equipment, so can Indians. Team up with manufacturers in other countries to make them in India - to suit Indian conditions. Spend money on infrastructure and make lessons available online on how to improve eg. tennis.com has video instructions on how to play. Once a basic level is reached, the better players can get more specialized camp training.
