This is something out of the context but I really want to share that after ruling about 55 years out of 67 years especially first 30 years after 1947 when india needed someone or some party who could have their special thoughts in term of Indian people needs or they could have given india a PATH towards develop country..........National congress party just destroyed every thing with their rubbish polices after 1947 with lack of their far sightedness. That is why we are in big trouble now.thanks

Firstly, please stop looking at NRIs as Cash Cows and look at their potential instead. The best thing NRIs can do is meet with people in high positions in their domicile country and explain about India. India is a myth to foreigners. They do not understand our culture and ethos. Once we are able to make a connection with them, THEY can invest in any field. Government must facilitate this by firstly opening more embassies and making the officials more approachable.

NRI's can invest in indian sport sector to provide better facilites to athletes. Biggest thing why indian lack behind in medal tally is non availability of tough competion .to solve this NRI's can organise leagues in india and involve international talent in it so that indian talent shall not remian in their home. But the biggest thing that indian govt has to pass a special budget for sports sector.

No school should be given a license without first building an indoor multi-purpose gym, a full athletic track and a swimming pool - well before building the first classroom. Coaches are needed for each sport - parents can be volunteer coaches. Then each town should have inter-school leagues that compete every week of a school year - with 3 seasons - autumn (sport1); winter(sport2) and spring(sport3). If we do this - India will be certainly setup to win numerous medals in future years.

Feel we should create the sports categories for the budding talents in India. NRIs group should be encouraged through our embassies to adopt a particular sport and sponser it. The contribution of the NRIs should be highlighted at various platforms and acknowledging their efforts.

Every NRI should come and join hand with India and his own state to establish at least one industry/hospital from his own skill. SO that he/she can help India or his own state in India by this way to growth India. Particularly I would say about NRI doctors
