People who are willing to contribute to sports should be given special allowance as given in first world countries. And people need to be educated that education is not only source of achieving successful careers. As we are really short of those who are talented and needs support.

Further many big Boys of Indian Industry have imported in paper billions of dollar worth of goods. Ask them what have the done to reduce import dependence? Answer is simple these are new pathways to loot India and park money via China. China is new Swiss Banks for Indians.

Where to find money to fund projects: China onslaught on India Example: An Indian Co imports an item for $1, ask that co to declare sales price and record volume of that goods imported. When the same Co re-orders that same item, charge him income tax based on past volume of the same. very item coming from China is being used for making money but due to Invoices manipulations at various stages Govt of India is not able to catch or track profits or gain after supposedly cheap Chinese imports.

I read we have nearly US $30b trade deficit, main reason is projects are funded and black money is parked outside India. India should only have a Trade Office in China not visa issuing High Com while we are under Chinese manipulations of Invoices. Set up a system where all the import bills, items, invoices, banking EFTs, Customs, Tax Office, money trails for Chinese imports are linked.

India can grow if we have sufficient capital to fund them. First, check Indian Co over and under invoicing via new money parking heaven called China. Trade deficit is killing us! Track projects and Corporates who have imported from China in the past 15yrs, set up a team to vet their projects, procurement, track if money went straight to China and if found routing via elsewhere impose sanctions and penalty on Indian and Chinese Co. Black list those China Co who are helping Indian park monies.

I Worked at Hospitality Industry, everyday i met different country peoples when we talk about India tours they like to explore Incredible India very much but they scared to travel because for recent cases.Without safety and security no one interest to come in.. As a NRI we need proper tour package with safety guarantee helps us to talk the tourist. We make community shows to bring various tourist via Volunteers. So many Indian students studying every country make volunteer give chance to speak.

No one likes to be discriminated. It's just not acceptable but as tourist that's what we face. When going into state owned monuments as tourists we are discriminated and asked to pay higher entrances fees. It's very off putting as on one Gand we want to welcome tourism and on the hand rob them in 'day light'! That's not wright. Shri Modi, Sir, I suggest you have a higher fee but give more for the extra money. At say the Taj you could add a guide, a clean air conditioned room to freshen up in.

1)Have a data base of NRIs first 2) Select persons who has the aptitude to market products - Qualification shall not be a barrier 3) Conduct an orientation program at the India Club or Indian Association or Embassy itself 4) Let the NRIs be given enough of promo materials to distribute 5) For example if a person explains about the thick forest of Chatisgarh ( which is only 2nd to Amazone forests ) many foreigners would be interested to travel to India 6) Minimal remuneration will do
