NRI's can't play active role in increasing tourist arrivals to India, if media freedom in india as of today is provided in such a way to exagarrate any less important news to a biggest issue. Medias are working to create news and not to report the existing news as it is. Unless Tourists feels that India is a very safe place for them, NRI can't do much in it.

Part 7 2. Fast visa processing facilities for tourists visiting India along with the NRI Indians. 3. Adequate and timely help for those NRI want to setup tourism business in India. 4. If NRI are willing they could also invest in their own home town or village to build/promote the possible tourist attractions. Institutional help in a transaparent manner. Any way the objective of the tourism shall be to relish the beauty of the country and not to spoil it in any ways.

Part 6 Institutional role: 1. To set up a tourism forum within the Indian embassies/organisations around the world, where each Indian living in the foreign country would be informed about the govt initiative to promote tourism through them with the adequate information.

Part 5 NRI's typically play the role of face of India abroad. So they can reach people around often have friends from different communities around the world. An NRI could be interested either : 1. To bring his known friends and family members to his home country along with him 2. He could be interested to set up a tourism business to reach out his long reached network of people. This can also help them to create networks of NRI
