Clean India: Reasonable fund to be allocated for this.Cleaning of office buildings and railway stations etc have been started as initiated by our PM. Lot of focus to be given for cleaning the public places and for sustenance of the same.In the case of railway stations, after cleaning beautiful gardening can be developed. For this sufficient fund to be allocated. Also hygiene level to be improved in rest rooms, retiring rooms at railway stations and blankets/bed sheets used in the a/c coaches.

Reasonable fund allocation for Training programs: We have got around 2500 programs only.( In Japan around 20000 programs).Hence on the job training programs to be developed and imparted for all the areas like teaching, engineering, medical and agricultural. This training programs will enhance skill and competency. Also lot of fresh engineering graduates/science graduates are there without jobs. They can be trained on enterprenership programs such that they can start some business on their own.

Cont. 3 Instead of giving subsidy on certain schemes,on pilot basis from such amount earmarked for that purpose should be used to create infrastructure for that society say for weavers etc let them run the business of Mfg by experience person and providing employment to youth ,run the unit from cash flow generated.skill will automatically developed ,no burden to pay interest on capital. Will boost Make in India!

Sir my suggestions 1 To bring in more under Tax net reduce exemption limit and tax rate to such a level that existing tax payer will pay same tax but more people will come under tax net and pay some tax. That will bring more funds to Govt. 2.Allow Banks to accept long term infrastructure deposit upto maximum limit for tax exemption and Banks to invest that fund in infrastructure project at their Base Rate.Interest earned on such deposit by depositors and Banks should be tax free.

We find several loop holes in our tax system which leads to massive tax evasion even by some of the Govt.companies.We have analysed some real data to reach such conclusion. We are ready to share it in confidence in National Interest .We have power point presentation to explain. We have sent a request for meeting by speed post on Friday, hopefully we get an opportunity soon. Senior Citizens in India are completely neglected lot in our country.Even the Govt.companies cheat them and deprive them of their legitimate dues by persuing illegal discriminatory policies. We have been sending appeals to PM for justice since last 2-3 months.Unfortunately all such appeals from PMO marked to concerned minister simply gets forwarded to concerned PSE and sterotyped negative response sent to petitioners and injustice continues.Gen.Secretary,All India ONGC Ex Employees Welf. Considering the steep rise in medical treatment for senior citizens and their spouses who suffer from multiple age related diseases,it is time to relook the medical reimbursement limit of Rs15000 set more than a decade back to .We suggest to fully exempt it for senior citizens to give them some relief. It is really strange that while serving employees are exempted from items like mobile talk time reimbursements upto Rs15000 pm besides other then medical reimbursement exemption is fully justified

remove indirect taxation from government employee. catching hold of these employee is easier so lot of tax is being imposed on this section. While to cope up with this situation bank transaction tax can be incorporated which will help the middle class of the society. we are tax payers and and every facilities is being given to weaker section or higher section of society and middle class is just being crushed by each and every government.
