Water Management:Good amount of money could be allocated for new water reservoirs construction, existing lakes renovation and small rivers integration( In between villages ,this integration of small rivers needed nowadays. Because of the less rain falls , some areas turning into dry and hence from the wet areas, a portion of water could be diverted by the integration of the small rivers ) This take care of increased depth of ground water level and also more area covered under cultivation.

Increased subsidy for solar energy driven water pumping system for agriculture: Now Rs. 50000 is the maximum limit available to get EB service connection for agriculture motor under self finance scheme. Hence the subsidy to be worked out such that energy a farmer needs to pay maximum Rs.50000 and also it should be easily available for agriculture. Nowadays it discourages farmers for getting Electricity service for agriculture purpose and hence solar energy could be a better substitute.

Concession for train tickets: Senior citizen age limit is 60 and this could be based on Central government retirement age.But the retirement age at private companies and at some state governments is 58. Hence according to the organisation served, senior citizen age could be modified to avail the concession facility. Also concession facility could be offered for the people who ever have paid income Tax to a limit(Approx 25 lakhs). This may motivate for some business people to pay Income Tax.

People are getting restless. There is no progress happening at ground level. Many industries are shut at smaal and medium levels. Relegion based remarks are making matters worse.Younger generation today want fast results. The coming Budget will be an oppurtunit to redeem lost glory. I suggest 1. increase aam admi's take home amount. 2. Invove top co's in road, other infra development with tax rebates. 3. Provide Tax benifit for people investing in infra. 4. Tax all junk food & beverages.

Allow forced CSR expenditure as a tax-deduction, otherwise people will stop spending more than the required amount; also it is only fair as it is a "business expenditure" forced on companies extra-constitutionally through the Companies Act. Modi's government should be recognised as just and fair always!!

Unfairness of service tax on completion of service, even though the service income may not be received - request to amend the Service Tax law to make it fair and improve "ease of doing business" A provision in the Service Tax law exists which is utterly unfair : a service provider with turnover in excess of Rs 50 lacs has the obligation to pay service tax on completion of the service or on raising the invoice - EVEN THOUGH THE SERVICE INCOME MAY NOT BE COLLECTED IN WHOLE OR IN PART.
