Increase the Tax on Liquor, Cigarettes.Education loan rates must be like 5% or 8% simple interest. Direct subsidy should be provided to the farmers. National education policy with more focus on teachers development like professional courses should be brought as now India lacks qualified teachers. Responsibility should be fixed on loss making PSUs.

Domestic vehicles that run on diesel may be stopped or TAX may be increased. Stop subsidy for LPG for above poverty line. Government should not spend subsidy for rich/middle class people Increase the TAX exemption from 1.5 to 2 lakhs Tax exemption for those who have installed solar power/Wind energy above 1KVA Direct subsidy for Home Wind/solar energy installation Stop funding for the sick/loss making PSUs. Tax payer’s money should not be diverted to the non performing PSU.

"first for FARMER'S" they need it first in budget because they are backbones if you dont make it strong, than all will suffer in future. All india tax should be one for home loan's,car loan's,road taxes etc, than only INDIA will grow. this budget should be for common man. Petrol and Diesel rate's should be same like "goa" remove petrol and diesel taxes and put heavy taxes on liquor this will help to stop people going to bar's atleast. Make "ONE INDIA" not several states.

Education loans in India have very high rate of interest (12%) as much as a home or car loan, very close to personal loan. Whereas other countries are subsidizing the same. This is resulting in foreign educated talent to work abroad longer to repay loan - reduce interest rates, retain talent in India - get more taxes in return. Thanks!
