Please give huge tax relief to Telecom infrastructure and Broadband providers to allow very low cost internet services to our rural areas, to rapidly increase broadband penetration, and allow e-education, e-banking and e-agricultural support.

I heard RBI Gov also encouraging people for savings. At the same time government is also in need of fund to bring India on track in different sector. So my suggestion will be to increase 80C investment to 2 Lakhs where additional Rs 50000 to be deposited in Gov Scheme only i.e. PPF, FD(5 yrs), Sukanya Samridhi Yojana, Kisan Vikas Patra, NSC". That way government will ensure, people who are just investing in ELSS od PF also contribute to the their scheme.

Eventually abolish Income Tax and move to Expenditure Tax cum GST, thus eliminating the huge cost and problem of collecting income tax, incentivise savings and create a funnel for channelising cash from "hidden income" sources. The fewer the mechanisms for collecting tax, the easier it will be monitor.

Sec 80G: Set upto Rs 1 Cr or more for 100% tax deductable donations to specially selected NGOs working in the specific areas the Government wants to make an impact for Poverty Alleviation, Sanitation, Potable Water, Education for All, Last Mile Infrastructure at village/town level. Thus funds will immediately reach the very sectors you want to help, and speed up the process, without the government having to do the work themselves.

I'm sure at first instance it will look quite irrational but levying expenditure tax instead of Income tax for all. And income tax only for business houses having income above 20lacs will bring more taxes if not abolish black money completely. All the small shops, business which they dont pay any income tax will pay expenditure tax on each and every penny they spend. Also, essentiall commodities like wheat, rice, lentils, vegetables keep outside of tax and luxury items can be in tax slabs.

There are many vendors,Fast Food Joints,Small Tea-Coffee shop owners & so on who are ,infact, earning much more than taxable income but they never pat income tax or file return. There are several political members who wear Gold/Silver jewelery & spend on Flexboards but they don't pay any I Tax or file returns. Also local ITO are doing a lot of undue favours because they get "Different types of Costly Gifts"from them i.e.even foreign trips, electronic gadgets, gold, silver, plots, flats etc etcPl tighten

I request you to please raise upper limit of Interest received on Fixed Deposits kept with Pvt Companies from Rs5000/-toRs10000/- & with Banks from Rs10000/-to20000/- for IncomeTax deductions.[this means NO TAX on Interst onTen thousand with Co & twenty thousand with Banks]This will help senior citizen a lot!!Rightnow many FDs are made with Co & Banks to avoid TDS & hence lot of paper work is there.Further honest people showing every paisa as Income but evaders hide this & C Govt lose revenue.
