Ensure all dollar repatriation by all companies (Coca cola, Unilever, Colgate Mcdowels etc) is only through exports of any goods and not by cash. Do not give cash subsidy to anyone, teach them to earn for themselves. Like Vajpayee’s quadrilateral start river linking and fast train project by laying fast tracks. Introduce compulsorily ACC, NCC like schemes in all high schools, colleges to inculcate discipline.

Can you stop politicians acting as middlemen in supply of food grains and vegetables, so that before any election prices of essential commodities will not shoot up? Can you bring law to reduce control of politicians in all educational institutions? Education has become business. This way you can reduce fees and bring education within reach of many. Curb donations for medical seats which is also source of black money.

In NITI ayog you mentioned India’s problem is poverty. Pl see UDAN a Hindi serial in colours channel. The director has beautifully brought out relation between poverty, vote bank, education, and child labor. We also have poverty of ideas from India Inc, so manufacturing is lagging behind and CXO prefer to import and get fat salaries. Can RBI start scheme to keep black money in India itself? Can black money generation be stopped first? Black money itself is not defined.

more attention should be given to primary care rather than creating more and more centres of tertiary care like AIIMS. common treatable diseases should be high on priority. incurable diseases like cancers to be lower down. i suggest a aprt of health budget should go to safe drinking water, sanitation, air pollution etc. medicne purchases to be rationalised. costly medines and other consumables to be purchased only in special cases and not as routine. STOP PILFERAGE AND WASTAGE OF RESOURCES

The pet Make in India initiative of our visionary PM can not get reflect without the involvement of intellectuals of our universities. Our country has been facing challenges like insurgency, terrorism, sex-selection, agriculture, skilled development, managing young human capital etc. So, there should be effort to incorporate research students and teachers (sociology, economics, policy research, governance, defense, boi-tech, animal husbandry, medical, technology etc.) of our universities to study extensively on particular themes to do betterment for our society. This will directly help to enhance quality research like the US universities. In US, mostly research of the government is being carried out by reputed the universities of that country. The government and the universities work together with sole human and countyś development commitment. That is why, most of the best universities reside there. There is freedom do research whatever a researcher can want. There have lot of funds and pull of great academicians where the govt. and corporate share both. But, such environment does not exist in our country. The intellectuals and young capitals are being not utilized properly in our country. Our academic institutions have been the victim of ill-politics. Our institutions are working without teachers and producing only degree, not knowledge. So please, think! Can India succeed without young knowledgeable pull of capital? Try to create best universities in the world in our country. Understand from the best experiences of the world. How long time will have been dependent on others? The situation of graduates are very pathetic. If one has knowledge, intelligent capacity with Master graduates, M.Phil. Phd. etc. degree but do not get job according to his/her qualification and intellect. So, plan for this. Allot extra fund for such social issues based research, technology based. Appoint best repute VCs, directors principles and teachers and developed one of the best infrastructure for primary level to higher level. Our country has enormous potential and if everything were managed properly then there is no doubt that there will be best educational institutions of the world in our country itself. I hope that this process lead bright Make in India. The institutions like DU, Delhi School of Economics, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Institute of Rural Development, Anand, JNU, BHU, Hyderabad University, IITs, IIMs, Calcutta University, Jadavpur University can play greater role in this context. Just take initiative, make plan and act as early as possible. Jai Hind Jai Bharat.

We have a perfect team to frame out our budget as per particular sector's needs. As far as the question of my views is concerned I would like to say that we need a fair and clean execution of policies going on in different sectors viz education, cleanliness, transport, defence, health, industrial development, energy sector and most importantly the agricultural sector which doesn't get a sufficient fund after initial five year plannings.Farmers in rural areas of country are still forced to die....
