The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

basic computer education must be made available first at the vary basic level, children in various parts of country (a major portion) are not able to get basic computing knowledge. So, the base will be started just from there. Open source application development policy can concurrently be run for the portion who know well about web and application development.

Sir, I had faced many difficulties in searching different governmen job published in country. IT can resolve this problem in second, "Why not generating a Single platform for all type of Govs Job." A single platform form for all update about any examination organized by any Gov. body(Central or state). The rules may as per advertisement but they need to be published on single web.I have bast plan for execution of same:How and why:If you think same as i do, PL like dis post 2 attract moderator.

Modi Ji,Despite Of Your commendable efforts on swatch bharat abhiyaan,Things are improving at a very small scale.I Think that a small amount of fine should be imposed on people who litter the society and roads,so that they think twice before littering the second time.
