The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

SIR, WE NEED A CITIZEN CARD WITH A BUILT IN GPS TEC. AND A CARD WHICH CAN BE MULTIPURPOSE, NO NEED OF DRIVING LICENSE ,PAN CARD ,THE CARD HAS IT ALL, ALSO COMES WITH A PERSONALIZE NUMBER THAT CAN BE OF HELP OF GOV..

SIR, HOW ABOUT MAKING A CITIZEN CARD THAT IS DURABLE , POWERFUL ,AND THIN, AND IS CAPABLE OF TRACKING ALL THE DATA OF A PERSON LIKE HIS DRIVING LICENSE AND HIS LOCATION WHICH CAN BE VERY HELPFUL FOR THE GOVERNMENT,,DUE TO SHORTAGE OF SPACE I CANNOT WRITE WHAT MORE.. THANKS PLS LOOK INTO THIS MATTER ,IT WILL BE THE FIRST TYPE OF CARD IN THE WHOLE WORLD.

Mr. Pm. I would like to put some light on the Isis matter and a person who came back from Iraq after joining Isis. 1. How can we be sure that the person who came back is harassed and came back for good? 2. It is possible that this is a Isis plan, and we need to keep a track on that. 3. It's just a suggestion that if we could keep this person on a sleeping mode for few day ( on paralizing sedatives ). And install a chip in his body with a Gps. And a mic. We can keep a track on people like this

Sir. .. strict policy should be there...for population explosion.. sir people r still unaware about family planning. ... mainly labour class... evn they r jst hand to mouth.. every year... they gave birth to new baby..leads to...declining mothers health .....sir u must take proper steps...regarding this serious problem. ..we are very hopeful....thank you

thanks to our pm for this grest work. i am glad to say that our pm is great promoter of mother tongue. we should work on our mothertongue. in china computers are running on chinese and in japan japanese but why not in india in hindi? according to some survey it is find out that the algorithm which is developed in sanskrit has less time complexity than the algo developed in english like languages, if we work on our language we can do great things.
