The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

starting mein country ki badi cities ko wi-fi connectivity deni chaiye,dedsh ke bade railway station ko ,schools , hospitals,police stations ko bhi internet se jodna chaiye.

Police reforms or complete policing overhaul needed. Legacy of british policing system should be shed and a friendly non corrupt police for Our Nation is needed. Possible only if get rid of IPS system.

Hi, i am Prashant Sethi. With a hope in govt. For the first time i would like to make a request , that there should be proper rules and policies made by the govt. In FDI retail like walmart because I like in Chandigarh and we have two MNCs outlet here includes walmart n metro. According to the rules set only retailers are allowed to buy stuff from there but you wont see it actually. Its just almost everyone allowed to buy from there n its really affecting the general stores.proper audit is req

Police require soft skills training such as negotiation and communication, listening skills, ethics and professional conduct based on a public service mindset. The training also covered ethics in policing and applying soft skills in the context of community-based policing.

many projects about it and devlopment running in ahmedabad,but can't be properly work or completed,many people don't have own election id card,election commitee doesn't provide properly in ahmedabad and provided voter id card have many mistakes,i fill form about do right voter id card details,details are changed but election commitee can't provide my voter id card hard copy,pls change this system in amc

If, only Departments/Ministries will be allowed to develop Application, it will always serve only one side interest. Which is happening in India, till date. Application should be dynamic not static. Rules Passed by the Govt. of India is dynamic. But Application Formats are still static in India. Why?

केन्द्र के OBC के 27 प्रतिशत आरक्षण मे से 11 प्रतिशत आरक्षण अलग करके अभिवंचित हाशिये पर खड़े इन वर्गों को समाज के मुख्यधारा मे जोड़कर उपर उठाया जा सकता है I इससे कोई अलग से आरक्षण देने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी I . लोकसभा मे माननीय श्री रामकृपाल यादव केन्द्रीय राज्य मंत्री तथा श्री रघुवंश प्रसाद सिंह,माननीय श्री राजपाल सिंह सैनी राज्य सभा,माननीय श्री DR अनिल सहनी सांसद राज्य सभा मे सुबे बिहार के माली मालाकर,मल्लाह ,नॉनिया ,कहार,इत्यादि जातियों को अनुसूचित जाति में अधिसूचित करने हेतू आवाज उठाई है

Sir congrates for e vida . abu dhabi man who get visa within 30 mnts of applying and lands welcomed by govt official by offering bouquet . really marvelous. i suggest to make him our ambassador for e visa
