The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

sir a great change may be brought in skill India. from primary edu skill teacher engagement . like welder, plumber, ac tech and like on . we shall see changes after 15 years

कार्य करने वाले विभिन्न सूची अस्थाई तौर पर तैयार की है Iइसकी मुल प्रति सलगन है जिसका अवलोकन करना चाहेंगे I जिससे स्वतः स्पष्ट हो जाएगा I . माली जाति त्रिपुरा और असम प्रदेश मे अनुसूचित जाति के गजट मे अधिसूचित है I .बिहार विधान परिषद के 152 वाँ सत्र मे माननीय श्री आजाद गाँधी विधान पार्षद दारा उठाये गये गैर सरकारी संकल्प मे सूबे बिहार के माली (मालाकार)जाति को अनुसूचित जाति मे शामिल करने हेतु सदन मे प्रस्ताव पारित किया गया है I

भारत सरकार गृह मंत्रालय के संयुक्त सचिव p .s . krishnan ने अ०शा०फा० संख्या 12016/17/81-SC एंड B .C-D-4 दिनांक 20 मार्च 1981 को बिहार सरकार से एथनोग्राफी रिपोर्ट के साथ अनुशंसा मांगी थी I इन्होने अपने पत्र मे उलेख किया है किया है की बर्तमान बजट सत्र मे अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जन जाति की सूची मे व्यापक संशोधन के लिये नया विधेयक लाने के बारे मे 20 फरवरी 1981 को मेरे समसंख्यकआ०शा०पत्र के क्रम में हमने मौजूदा सूचियों मे नये समावेश के लिये अनुसूचित जाति तथा अनुसूचित जन जातियों के कल्याण हेतु सूची

सेवा में , मान्यवर श्री नरेन्द्र दामोदर दास मोदी जी, प्रधानमंत्री ,भारत सरकार ,नई दिल्ली I विषय :सूबे बिहार के माली (मालाकार) जाति को अनुसूचितजाति मे अधिसूचित अविलंब करने के संबंध में I महोदय , उपरोक्त विषयंक प्रसंग में बिहार प्रदेश माली (मालाकार) कल्याण समिति बि .स .222/77-78 के माध्यम से निम्नलिखित तथ्यो की ओर आपका ध्यानकृष्ट करना चाहता हूँ :- 1 . आपके कार्यालय मे दिनांक 24-11-14 को प्राप्तांक 752/14 के माध्यम से आवश्यक कार्यवाई हेतु प्रेषित किया गया है I

हाल ही मे आप से मुलाकात हुई माननीय नरेंद्र मौदी जी Digital India का मतलब हौता है पारदर्शित हाल ही मे 2,9,और16 november कौ SSC Board की LDC CLERK का test था Digital India साकार हौता हुआ दिखाई दिया जब test की answer key 5 lakh मे Exam से 2धण्टे पहले मिलती दिखाई दी। proff है ईसका मेरे पास 9813846106

Dear PM, we are suffering at the hands of Corrupt departments. There has been no change in their attitude or no let up in corruption since you have taken over. Masses have voted for you with a hope for change. We are still forced to pay bribes for day to day work. For last 3 months I have suffering at the hands of Electricity department who are raising wrong bills. On protesting they got annoyed and raised yet another wrong bill. No let up in harassment. Higher officers protect the lowers ones.

Government should downplay the activities of ISIS in India, instead of highlighting, It is in the interest of Nation. Whatever required to be done against it should be done secretly, instead of openly declaring the operations in media. Today the news Channels are telecating full program on ISIS, which doesn't give good message in the country.
