The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Smartphone users in the western world might still be getting used to the rapid connections offered by 4G mobile networks, but south korea first rolled out the technology in 2006. Now, the country's government, telecoms networks and technology groups are racing to take the lead in developing a new 5G standard that they claim will be 1000 times faster than the best connections available. Can we think beyond the issues of 2G and race ahead to become a developed country? or shall we engage in 2G...

Dear Mr Prime Minister, The cost of medical test and diagnostics that the people of India are subjected to includes commission of the Doctors that prescribe these tests. As a result the people are made to undergo a lot of tests many of which are costly and unnecessary and in the process they land into a debt trap and all the while these doctors make money at the cost of the sufferings of the amm admi. This must be stopped and made illegal punishable with imprisonment. Best wishes and regards.

I have heard that the retiring age of Govt Employees is being decreased to 58. The president and prime minister are also govt employees. So the age propaganda should also be applied on them

It's my request to Maharashtra BMC to utilize energy, money and material in a proper way. I have seen that BMC are developing roads in south mumbai, its good but south Mumbai already has good roads, please build roads where it is required more e.g. bhiwandi. Bhiwandi is India's largest textile manufacturer, if you develop roads there you will support them indirectly as it will lead to ease in transportation.
