The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

First of all design a centralized database for all central government employees.. Invite them and ask them real time problems they are facing for manual doing of work..

My idea is today we have the dish antina every where in the small villages also. can we give the direct service of the broadband to attached with their set top box - then online recharge for it. It need to develop a small tool that is attached with the dish and then cable connected to pc or laptop or wi fi device. We will develop the wi fi india with this service. and BSNL need to do the customer value and home service. they are working as boss and customer is their employee. this need change.

Dear sir, First of all I am going to complain the BSNL service. that is last two month I am not getting the Brodband service at talegaon dabhade (my current stay for work location). it is just 40 km from pune. and BSNL office is available. and from my rented flat 0.5 km one mobile tower is available still I can not get the service. and the BSNL office experience is not good. as I visited they don't know their services and time consuming. how we will develop the digital india? I have an idea

Respected Namo Sir , There is need to make AUDITING SYSTEM AND LAWS against Madarasa,s in india and all over world to stop terrorism factory and shops run by some MADARSA,S ,who can not give education of huminity and devlope good manner and behave in childs life who go to such kind of illegal madrasas ,& need to make cumpulsory in india and all over world give govts good education to all religions child which can devlop good manner and behave and good mentality against human and huminity

Respected Namo Sir , Need to cancel the license of the meat supplier who sell the Cows meat ,make stirict law against cow killing , take inside bar who do such type of activity REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS KYUNKI AB NAHI TO KABHI NAHI

Respected Namo Sir, There is need to stop COW KILLING IN INDIA AND ALL OVER WORLD ,for this need to make SPECIAL LAW against people who have opened and run the shop of COWS MEAT india and world ,for this request to NAMO SIR RAISE YOUR VOICE IN UPCOMING WORLD FORUM SUMMITS ,the benefit of Cows in Human life who gives us milk as well as we can use the cows cake to make GAS ENERGY at home,for this just reguire to provide technology in economical rate in market ,
