The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

sir aaj kahe bhi police ki cheaking lagti hi koi bhi poakda jata hii to vo turant kisi ko phone lagata hiii aur bach jata hii mera suggestion ye hii ki sabhi neta aur police valo ko bola jae ki aise kisi bhi case me vo police valo ko apna kaam karne de unko phone na kare agar aisa karte koi bhi paya jae us per turant action liya jae

Security of foreigners: sir there are certain apps which work on android mobile phone. service providers like idea charges Rs.400 for one month for that app. In turn the location of multiple phones can be seen on computer screen. if we use this app presence of all foreigners can be seen on single computer in a police station.

I have heard that the retiring age of Govt Employees is being decreased to 58. The president and prime minister are also govt employees. So the age propaganda should also be applied on them.

Hello PM sir, thank u ki aapne humlogo ke opportunity di, Mere pass ek idea hai, hydrogen balloon pe cameras ko hang kar k areas ko trace kar skate hai , jin areas pe terrerist ho, ya vo dahsatgard Jo Pakistan se India pe Gus aate hai , ( hydrogen balloon camera tracer ) actually sir mai is project ko effort nai kar sakta, bt ye mere India ka kam aa sakta hai, isse hmare army ko bhout help milegi

Respected Modi ji I have recently retired from the service of a nationalized bank after putting up service of 37 years and 10 months.At the time of my retirement I was Chief Manager and I have worked in various fields of Banking sector.With my experience in handling SME segment I feel that I can contribute whatever little I have learnt during my service in your MAKE IN INDIA mission.

1. Please link the attendance register of school upto 10th linked with Aadhaar. 2. Discontinue all the government subsidy/PDS/Free water/Electricity etc if the child of that family has no enough attendance till 10th class.

1. Please change the conventional way of census in India. 2. Prepare a master plan so that family tree of Aadhaar is maintained and verified during census. 3. If a person is not in his home, collect his details from anywhere and match it with his parents/children and spouse using a centralized server. 4. Design and develop an Aadhaar enabled biometric census device by next census. 5. Aadhaar should be made mandatory by then.
