The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Open source is nice, but we need to take care of data privacy. We cant just put everything up in public. I think, government should make volunteer groups in every city, which would collaborate over things which the govt. might require, and do things responsibly. This will also help newbies to learn in a practical environment.

Hello sir, I was listing to your speach about individual police station website. I am intrested to take this on my own or by creating a team of young software engineers who are in search of job. I have an idea of creating team of young indians who need skill development opportunity. this will boost HR Ministry skill development capability and we can show the world what young indians can do. I would like to know your thought for it. I have more ideas about it to share.waiting for your reply.

In this digital age, India is often exploited by "state-drive" espionage. We need to have a strong cyber defense team, educated people to take privacy and online security seriously. What is the government doing to establish a strong cyber security team. How can we help?

Sports is turning lucrative business for stars in business, glamour and even sports itself. No doubut India is one of the youngest country in this but we not able to produce even a half dozen of olympic gold medal, our govt should must bring reform and transprance in cause of producing healthy enivornment for sports. It is not about only sports moreover it is all about sport spirit and national pride. It is our duty to give fair chane to real talent. I request our PM to address this issue.

I know that PM has taken initiative to bring change in the country specially for the upliftment of poor. But still at the ground the situation is abysmally poor. If if start from my village then there is not even a functioning toilet in the primary school. At the moment there is only one class where students of all class sit!! The situation of high school and even college of my constituency is very poor. Even if I as a IT professional want to support the system it not allow me to enter.

If the 1000 and 500 notes are withdrawn from indian economy and only 100 and below currency is left to operate then it will improve the money transation in white money

Gujarat government is streaks on helmet wearing this time but this process of find is not continued.So sir please this good work continue all time in gujarat and all over india.This is the best way to decrease the accident in india.Also letest traffic computerrised system introduse in all over india.
