The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Sir, kindly appoint a SIT for recovering NPA's of PSU's, like SIT for Blackmoney. The SIT should be headed by a honest Supreme Court Judge. And also first the list of all NPA's of PSU's public so that the manipulation will be controlled. We have very high faith and trust in Your leadership. We believe it will bring out great Success to You. This SIT should report to You directly on every fortnightly basis, and also to the Public status report monthly once. Regards. A Prathaap

PRIME MINISTER - When we working for our boss and we need to fill daily work sheet what ever we did in whole day of our job then why don't our ministers and MP should fill their form specially when they have their PA and whole ministry to manage their work chart. IF not for the same day as per securities issues then why dont for the last week as every citizen should know what their minister did in whole week
